My main goal with this series is to bring to you fashion bloggers, who embody a fierce personal style so effortlessly. Hence the title Naturally Fierce.
In Today’s feature I would love to introduce you to the lovely Amanda of strawberryess, enjoy!
Tell us a little about yourself
My name is Amanda, I’m 25. Student and fashion blogger. I have a BA degree in International Relations and at the moment I’m getting my masters degree.
How would you define your sense of style
A mix of feminine and masculine.
Where do you get inspiration for your personal style
Tumblr, other blogs, fashion magazines and movies.
How has your style evolved through the years
I feel like my style gets better every year. But I do feel that the biggest change in my personal style happened after high school, because after high school I started to get my own voice and my personal style started to match my inner self, before that I just dressed like everybody else.
What are some of your fashion essentials or must have pieces in your wardrobe
A leather jacket, a black coat, denim jeans, black shoes, leather skirt, white T-shirts, knitwear and sweaters & a leather bag.
How do you adapt your look for different occasions while maintaining your personal style (for example: Work, Play, Running errands/Chilling at Home, Change Of Seasons etc)
My style is not that extreme, so I can get away with pretty much anything I have in my closet. I usually change the heels for a more comfortable shoe when I ran errands or go to school.
Since I live in Sweden and the weather is pretty cold, the most important thing is to have a good coat/ jacket and all the other things to keep you warm, hats, cloves and scarfs.
When I work/or when I intern or I go to a special occasion I try to keep it simple but I always add an accessory to keep the look more interesting or more me. I feel like you always have to have the basics no matter what and then you add or edit depending on the weather or where you’re going.
