    Hi Dee,
I love your blog and YouTube videos are so helpful.
I just started Max Hydration about a month ago. Winter is coming up and I wanted to get some Box Braids so my hair can grow longer and not to wet my hair from doing max hydration every 3 days. Will the braids damage hair since I’ve been doing Max H.

    Thanks,
    d.powe

Hi Dominique, thank you so much, happy to hear the blog and youtube channel has been helpful, yes you can do a protective style and your hair will bounce back after, checkout protectiveprincess on youtube she does protective styling plus a modified version of the regimen and she can switch back and forth depending on what look she wants.

Hi Ms Dee, I have just recently subscribed to your channel. I need help on getting started. I have tried the max hydration baking soda method for about 4 days and I don’t see a difference in my hair, its still dry, feels crunchy, and some parts are starting to look more frizzy than others. I know change doesn’t happen overnight but shouldn’t I see some kind of results? I have short hair as I did the big chop about 2 and a half months ago, I have 4c low porosity high density hair and I cant seem to keep my hair feeling good, and looking good as far as my curls. is it because my hair is short? your expertise is greatly appreciated.
